The Wolf Among Us 2 has been delayed out of 2023 so the game can be switched from Unreal Engine 4 to Unreal Engine 5. The developer Telltale Games had an in depth interview with IGN to discuss the various challenges of developing the game, wanting to ensure the best game possible is delivered, as well as avoiding crunch for their developers.
And the next bit of news for today is talking to 4Gamer, Naoki Yoshida, otherwise known as Yoshi P, who is the Producer behind Final Fantasy 16, has explained why Final Fantasy 16 will be a timed exclusive on PlayStation 5. They are working directly with Sony to make sure the game is as optimized as possible for PlayStation 5. It's not only just about money. It's also why a PC version of the game will take a lot longer to optimize, because PCs come in all shapes and sizes, depending on the user, whereas a PlayStation 5 is a consistent spec to all owners of PlayStation 5.
And the last bit of news for today is Wo Long Fallen Dynasty will be releasing tomorrow on PlayStation, Xbox and PC. The demo is still available until the 27 Mar 2023. If you want to try the first two missions. For me personally, a game like Wo Long is best played in co-op. But be warned that you need to have completed the first boss of the first mission if you're want to access co-op from the second mission onwards.
