Update 2.0 for Cyberpunk 2077 has been released. It revamps a lot of the different systems in the game ahead of the launch of the expansion Phantom Liberty. Phantom Liberty will be launching on the 26 Sep 2023. Unfortunately, Update 2.0 is only available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and PC. I've written a very detailed blog post about it on mithrie.com. Will you be playing Phantom Liberty? And the next bit of news for today is Counter Strike 2 should be releasing by the 27 Sep 2023. Valve has sent out a tweet asking the fans, "What will you be doing next Wednesday?" That's usually how Valve announces release dates for games, which also explains why the tweet has already got more than 7 million views in the last day. Will you be playing Counter Strike 2? And the last bit of news for today is a lot of new gameplay footage for Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth was released. It seems likely that a new demo for Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth will be released during the Tokyo Game Show 2023.
