PS5 System Software Beta

PlayStation have revealed that they're going to be launching software betas for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, which will introduce a lot of updates including UI enhancements, changes to party chat and also the introduction of voice commands. The intention will be is to see what needs to be fixed for it and then launch it on both PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 later this year.

Lost Ark Enters Early Access

And the next bit of news for today is Lost Ark entered early access yesterday and it has done incredibly well, topping out at more than half a million players already. And there was more than 1 million viewers watching the action unfold on Twitch. If you're interested, know that Lost Ark is coming on the 11 February. It will be free to play. And if you pick up one of the founders packs, you'll be able to jump in now.

And the last bit of news for today is Nintendo tweeted out saying that tune in at 02:00 p.m. PT, which is 05:00 p.m. Eastern or 10:00 p.m. for us in the UK to watch a Nintendo Direct live stream featuring roughly 40 minutes of information mainly focused on the Nintendo Switch games launching in the first half of 2022. Social media in the last day has been flooded with predictions of what we're going to see. Hopefully, I'll be watching that tonight as well. I can't wait to see what they have in store.
