Video Transcript

Valve released a Steam Deck booklet which delves into the story of the Steam Deck as well as talking about the future of the Steam Deck as well. Given that it has launched successfully and a lot of units have been been sold, a lot of people want it, then future iterations of the Steam deck will be made including potentially a Steam Deck 2, maybe even a 3, 4 and 5. And the next bit of news for today is the Embracer Group has completed the acquisition of Crystal Dynamics, Eidos Montreal and the various other studios and IPs from Square Enix. It was originally announced in May of their intention to do so and it took a while because of regulatory approvals and different transaction processes, but it's now finished. We will see what the future is for Tomb Raider and the various IPs that they have acquired. And the last bit of news for today is the Resident Evil TV Series has been cancelled by Netflix after one season. I personally have watched the entire season. I thought it was awful, I thought it was really bad. I hope that future iterations of any Resident Evil TV series or movies are of much higher quality like the series deserves.
