Originally, it was going to be an additional DLC for Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth, but RGG Studio decided to make it into its own game. Like A Dragon Gaiden will bridge the gap in the story between Yakuza 6, Like A Dragon and also Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth. Like a Dragon: Gaiden will be releasing on the 08 Nov 2023.
